Computational analysis of processes in macro- and microreactors

Computational analysis of processes in macro- and microreactors

Spring Semester

The aim of the course is the development of realistic mathematical models and the simulation of reactors, through scientific software, at all scales, from macro- to micro-scale, with applications in the semiconductor industry (e.g. plasma and chemical vapor deposition reactors), in food and agriculture sectors (e.g. atmospheric pressure plasma reactors), and medical diagnostics (e.g. microreactor for DNA amplification).
