The Advisory Committee (AC) of the Interdisciplinary MSc Program “Computational Mechanics” brings together distinguished members from academia and industry in Greece and abroad, with expertise spanning the broad scientific and technological fields represented in the Program.
The AC provides independent advice and guidance on the Program’s academic development and strategic direction. Drawing on the experience and diverse perspectives of its members, it contributes to the continuous improvement of the curriculum, teaching and learning activities, and the overall educational experience of the students.
In particular, the Committee provides feedback on the Program’s learning outcomes and their alignment with current developments in computational mechanics, computational science and engineering, as well as with international academic standards and the evolving needs of research and industry. It also advises on opportunities for strengthening the Program’s interdisciplinarity, international orientation, and links with the scientific and professional communities.
Through its periodic review and recommendations, the Advisory Committee supports the Program in maintaining high academic standards while continuing to evolve in response to advances in science, technology, and engineering practice.
